The skills and characteristics of the entrepreneurs are not innate and for this reason it is necessary that they are worked on a daily basis.Through entrepreneurial consultancy , it will be possible to assess which beliefs and values may be limiting the growth process of the organization or its teams.

Entrepreneurship consultancy is divided into two components:

1. Consulting for companies

Consulting for companies is designed with the objective of identifying limitations to the growth or achieving results within organizations.

2. Consulting for entrepreneurs

Consulting for entrepreneurs can be directed to entrepreneurs that have their own business or are in the process of creating their own business.
